Delivery time to the USA is usually 3-10 days. Certain orders may take up to 21 days, but this is uncommon.
Delivery time for international orders (outside USA) is usually 14-30 days. Some international orders can take up to 45 days to certain destinations.

We provide 30 day “no questions asked” guaranteed returns.
If you wish to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving it, simply contact us via our contact form below and we will provide the return address to send your item(s).
If you receive the wrong item, simply contact us using the contact form below and we will make sure you receive the correct item.
If your item is damaged, simply let us know via our contact form below, send the defective product back, and we will ship a replacement.

If your order has not yet shipped we can refund and cancel your order. If we have already shipped your order, please return it and we will issue a refund.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time of 45 days you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of AAEON.WORLD (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message in the contact form on this page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
